Testimonials
“Julie’s work, via Sorath, with Working Lunch Wales has taken our company to another level.Without her listening skills and professional approach to our business needs we would not have been able to focus on the company objectives and plans in such a pro-active manner.
In fact, as a result of her help Working Lunch Wales is at least 4 months ahead of the targets set.
Thanks Julie”

Hints & Tips
There are many ways to improve your business via marketing and here are a few handy hints to help you maximise revenues and profits.1. Planning - Fail to plan is to plan to fail.
Although you cannot guarantee success by planning, going through the process makes you realise how much you know (or don’t know) about your business that gets lost in the every day workload. You need to take out some time to work ON your business rather than simply working IN it.
2. Efficiency and Effectiveness
You need both to be a success. Make sure that you not only do the right things but that you do them right too!
3. Listen to your customers.
Your customers may not always be right but they do appreciate being listened to by their suppliers. Keep them happy (and loyal) by increasing communications with them and taking on board their comments.
4. Measures and controls.
Make sure that you minimise your marketing spend by really understanding how well different activities work for you. If you place an advert for example, make sure that you know how many responses came from it and how that converted into sales. This can be done for most marketing tactics and can help you save money by making fewer (or no) expensive mistakes.
Services
I provide a range of Marketing and Business services. The ones most often requested are:
- Strategic planning - long term (3-5 years) covering all aspects of marketing and many business issues.
- Tactical planning - how to go to market in the most effective way during the next 12 months or so.
- Marketing training - in house or open courses on all aspects of marketing.
- Customer management projects - how to keep customers loyal for longer
- General marketing consultancy - I can act as your marketer on the team, coming in as often as needed (or as little!). I can direct the whole of your marketing efforts or just write your newsletter for you if that is all that you require.
